When you submit a consultation request, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, requested service, preferred artist, placement, approximate size, style or direction, message, preferred contact method, and an optional reference image.

We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP-derived security identifiers, browser and device details, request timestamps, cookies, security challenge results, and standard server logs. If analytics services such as Google Site Kit or Google Analytics are enabled, those providers may collect usage and device information under their own policies.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to review your idea, respond to your inquiry, route your request to an appropriate artist, operate the website, maintain records, prevent fraud and spam, troubleshoot problems, and improve our services.

Submitting a consultation request does not create an appointment or guarantee availability.

How Information Is Shared

We may share information with studio staff and artists who need it to respond to your request, and with service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, and spam prevention. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to verify that a submission is legitimate. We do not sell personal information.

Reference images are uploaded temporarily, attached to the consultation email, and then deleted from the website server by this plugin. Copies may remain in the studio’s email account, backups, or with the receiving staff member as needed to respond to your request.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, validation, rate limits, honeypots, and Cloudflare Turnstile. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain consultation information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations. Retention may differ between website records, email systems, logs, and backups.

Your Choices and Requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, although parts of the site may not function as intended.

This website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact the studio regarding any inquiry involving a minor.

Third-Party Links

The website may link to artist pages, social networks, maps, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators.
